FridayOS is a product of Centrifuse, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy describes what information we collect when you visit fridayos.ai, or sign up for The Frontier's local meetups, what we still hold from the waitlist, contact form and Friday chat preview the site offered until October 1, 2026, and what we do with it.
We wrote this in plain language on purpose. If something is unclear, email diagnostic@centrifuse.co.
What we collect
- The Frontier meetup sign-up. If you sign up at fridayos.ai/frontier, we collect your name, email address and where you are, and, if you choose to tell us, where you heard about The Frontier.
- Waitlist signups (closed October 1, 2026). If you joined the waitlist, we hold your email address and (optionally) your name, plus the date and source of signup.
- Contact form (closed October 1, 2026). If you used our contact form, we hold your name, email, and the message you sent.
- Friday chat preview (closed October 1, 2026). When you tried the interactive chat demo, the messages you typed were sent to Anthropic (maker of Claude) so Claude could generate a response. We did not attach your name, email, or account to those messages, and we do not store chat transcripts on our servers.
- Automatic data. Like most websites, we see your IP address (used for rate limiting), browser type, and pages visited. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also collects aggregate performance and analytics data through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
We do not currently offer user accounts, store persistent chat history, collect payment information, or require you to upload files.
How we use it
- To tell you when FridayOS is ready and send occasional product updates if you joined the waitlist.
- To tell you when a Frontier meetup is coming to your city, if you signed up for one.
- To reply to messages you sent through the contact form.
- To generate responses in the Friday chat preview while it was open (this happened in real time and was not stored).
- To protect the site from abuse (rate limiting by IP address).
- To understand how people use the site in aggregate so we can improve it.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your information to train AI models.
What we share (and don't)
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the site. Today that means:
- Supabase — stores waitlist entries, contact form submissions and Frontier meetup sign-ups.
- GoHighLevel — the customer relationship tool where we keep waitlist and Frontier meetup sign-ups so we can reach you.
- Resend — sends sign-up receipts and notification emails to our internal inbox.
- Anthropic — processed chat messages to generate replies in the Friday preview while it was open. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transaction (for example, if Centrifuse, Inc. is acquired). We will tell you if that happens in a way that materially changes this policy.
Your rights
You can email diagnostic@centrifuse.co any time to:
- See what we have about you.
- Correct it.
- Delete it.
- Unsubscribe from waitlist emails (also via any email footer).
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related laws, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate data, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, email the address above.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies only when they are needed for the site to work — for example, a cookie your browser uses to remember your light/dark theme preference. Vercel Analytics uses cookieless measurement; Vercel Speed Insights records aggregate performance data without tracking identity. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
FridayOS is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email us and we will delete it.
Future scope
FridayOS is in private alpha, by invitation only. When what we collect changes, we will update this policy and, where the change is material, notify people who have already joined the waitlist before the change takes effect.
Changes to this policy
We will update the version number and date at the top of this page when we make changes. For material changes, we will also send an email to people on the waitlist.
