This policy applies to fridayos.ai and the FridayOS workshops, operated by Centrifuse, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). It also carries forward the refund terms for anything you bought from Framework Friday before September 2026, when that brand was retired and its products moved here.
What is sold on fridayos.ai today
Nothing. The FridayOS workshops, the Six Walls diagnostic and the Friday chat preview are free. If you were never charged, there is nothing to refund. If you see a charge you believe came from us, write to the address at the bottom of this page and we will look into it.
Paid engagements
Consulting and forward-deployment engagements with Centrifuse are governed by their own written agreement. That agreement's terms on fees, cancellation and refunds apply instead of this page.
Purchases made from Framework Friday before September 2026
The terms below are the Framework Friday refund policy that was in force at the time of purchase (effective January 8, 2026). They continue to apply to those purchases.
Self-paced courses
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if both are true:
- Less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
- No certificates or downloads have been claimed.
Live cohorts (including the Decision Sprint)
- Before the first session: full refund.
- Before 50% of the sessions have run: 50% refund.
- After 50% of the sessions have run: no refund.
Memberships (Operator Forum)
You may cancel at any time. Refunds are limited to the first 7 days of your initial membership period.
How to request a refund
Email the address below with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]". Include your name, the email you purchased with, and the reason for the request.
- We respond to refund requests within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
