These terms apply when you visit fridayos.ai, join the waitlist, or use the Friday chat preview. The site is operated by Centrifuse Inc., doing business as Framework Friday ("we," "us," or "our"). "You" means anyone using the site.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
Today, fridayos.ai is a marketing and preview site. It offers:
- Information about the FridayOS product.
- A waitlist signup (email, optional name, or Google sign-in).
- A contact form.
- An interactive Friday chat preview powered by Anthropic's Claude that demonstrates product ideas.
FridayOS is under active development. Features shown in demos may not yet be available as a shipping product.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Break the law or help anyone else do so.
- Try to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or probe the site for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Submit content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to extract prompts, system instructions, or other people's data from the Friday chat preview, or use it to generate harmful content.
- Submit personal data about other people (names, emails, health or financial details) into the chat preview.
- Abuse, spoof, or evade our rate limits.
We may rate-limit, block, or remove anyone who violates these rules, at our discretion.
Your content in the chat preview
When you type into the Friday chat preview, your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Treat the preview as public-facing: do not paste confidential information, secrets, or personal data you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI provider.
You retain ownership of what you type. By using the preview, you give us the short-term technical permission we need to send your messages to Anthropic to generate a reply. We do not store those messages server-side.
AI-generated output
The Friday chat preview produces AI-generated text. It can be wrong, out of date, or make things up. Don't rely on it for legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions. Always verify anything that matters.
Intellectual property
The site, the FridayOS name, logos, and code are owned by Centrifuse Inc. or our licensors. These terms do not give you a license to reuse our trademarks, branding, or source code beyond normal web-browsing use.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the site is professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Centrifuse Inc., its affiliates, and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the version number and date at the top. If changes are material, we will notify waitlist members by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
